About
Tracy Byrne is a dynamic and passionate individual, committed to the prevention of lower limb pathologies particularly in early childhood. Mother of two, Podiatrist, Entrepreneur, Blogger and Matriarch of London’s premier multidisciplinary health clinic, Tracy is a dynamo!
With over 20 years clinical experience and an impressive postgraduate training log, you are in safe hands with Byrne, who challenges the traditional medical model by looking at the entire structure, not just the foot, offering her patients a fuller, and more lasting method of treatment.
Tracy’s hunger for learning means that her patients benefit from a potent range of treatment techniques, including, dry needling, trigger point therapy and 3D foot scanning to name just a few. Tracy is a keen barefoot walker, and promotes this practice within hers.

Tracy specialises in the study of infant foot development, biomechanics and human movement. She has seen first hand the damage and suffering caused by poor footwear choices and is committed to early prevention. She has worked as the key research and development Podiatrist for brands such as Vivo Barefoot, Skeanie, Bobux, and more recently a London start up Zig & Star. She regularly consults with the design teams to create the healthiest shoes possible for children.
Her dream of bringing together a team of like-minded clinicians under one roof is Holistic Health, her multidisciplinary clinic in London’s vibrant East End. Here, she can offer patients over 30 different treatment modalities and the benefit of a multi-team approach.
When she’s not fixing feet, you’ll find her on her road bike or spinning on the Peloton. If not there, she’ll be working on her garden, in the kitchen, or blogging and generally having a ball with her two girls and long suffering husband!
Tracy is a registered member of the HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) and RCOP (The Royal College of Podiatry).
