About

In 2007, Tracy took the reins at Hackney Podiatry & Health - a practice proudly rooted on 64 Broadway Market since 1996. Three decades spent on London’s funkiest street has shaped a clinic that is just as dynamic and fiercely independent as the Hackney community surrounding it.

Tracy isn’t a stereotypical hands-off Clinic Director: this proud London-Irish girl is also our Lead Podiatrist. A self-confessed ‘business addict,’ Tracy is an ambitious leader who treats the clinic as her non-human baby.

With 25+ years of clinical experience as a podiatrist, Tracy looks at health through a practical, real-world lens. Her route to Podiatry wasn’t traditional, but after fighting her way back from a serious musculoskeletal injury that forced her to leave the army, she knows firsthand what it takes to build a body that lasts.

Because of this, Tracy treats the whole person, and not just their symptoms. She looks beyond the physical to address the social and psychological factors that impact healing, ensuring every patient gets a meaningful and lasting treatment plan. Her passion for evidence-based practice means she cuts through the gimmicks to focus on what works.

Tracy pairs warm, transparent communication with high-level technical skills. Under her direction, the clinic has become a multidisciplinary powerhouse, utilisong cutting-edge technology like 3D foot scanning and shockwave therapy alongside verruca needling, trigger point therapy, and nail surgery.

Beyond her technical expertise, Tracy is deeply passionate about supporting women through the transitions of peri-menopause and menopause, as well as providing a warm, patient-centered environment, making her a popular clinician with neurodivergent individuals and children. She is a fierce advocate for barefoot living, and has acted as the lead consultant for footwear brands like Vivo Barefoot and Zig & Star. In addition to shoe companies, she consults with other health clinics on business and strategy. Away from the clinic, you’ll find Tracy lifting weights and road-cycling, as well as being Momager to two fabulous young ladies and a sausage dog.

Today and under Tracy’s leadership, Hackney Podiatry & Health houses a team of practitioners who are true leaders in their fields - even earning accolades like Time Out Magazine’s 'Best Massages in London.'

Whether Tracy is navigating a complex business expansion or performing an intricate clinical procedure, she is driven by a passion for excellence and a deep-rooted connection to the heart of Hackney. Inside the clinic you will find a team of real, down-to-earth people who genuinely care about getting you out of pain so you can live your best life without fluff or judgement - just clear science, proven results, and practitioners dedicated to your recovery.
