About

Tracy Byrne is a dynamic and compassionate clinician, deeply committed to holistic wellness and preventive care, particularly for women and children. As the driving force behind our diverse Holistic Health clinic, she embodies the roles of mother, entrepreneur, blogger, and is a respected figure in the community.

With over 25 years of clinical experience and extensive postgraduate training, Tracy provides expert care that goes beyond traditional Podiatry. She champions a whole-body approach, understanding that foot health is integral to overall well-being, to offer her patients a personalised and lasting method of treatment.

Tracy is particularly passionate about supporting women through the transitions of peri-menopause and menopause. She integrates cyclical information into her treatment plans to address the specific needs of women during these life stages. Tracy’s direct communication skills and warmth make her particularly popular with neurodivergent patients, which is particularly important with children and parents. Her understanding and patient-centred approach are highly valued by this community.

Known for her warm, quick-thinking, and considerate nature, Tracy understands each patient’s unique needs, meaning that no two treatment plans are identical. Her dedication to providing exceptional care is evident in her diverse skillset including dry needling, trigger point therapy, nail surgery, 3D foot scanning, and shockwave therapy.

A strong advocate for barefoot living, Tracy understands the importance of natural foot movement. She remains committed to preventive treatment and has worked as the key research and development Podiatrist for brands such as Vivo Barefoot, Skeanie, Bobux, and more recently London start-up Zig & Star, consulting regularly with the design teams towards developing the healthiest shoes possible for young people.

Tracy’s multidisciplinary clinic on Hackney’s bohemian Broadway market in London brings together an expert team. Here, clinicians offer over 30 different treatment modalities so patients benefit from a holistic and multi-faceted approach.

Beyond her clinical work, Tracy enjoys an active lifestyle: cycling, gardening, travelling, cooking, blogging, and time with her daughters, husband and sausage dogs!

Tracy is a registered member of the HCPC (Health and Care Professions Council) and RCOP (The Royal College of Podiatry).
