Tis the season 🦶🏼

For ingrown toenails and compression foot injuries!

Much like the calendar of annual celebrations, Podiatry also has seasonal moments. Pulling from my 20 years of experience, I declare this the season of ingrown toenails and compression foot injuries.

But why is this? At this time of year, people tend to get into their heavier-duty shoes after a summer of sandals – waterproof trainers, wellies, walking boots, etc. These tight shoes can put pressure on the toenails, which can force them to curve and grow into the skin. In addition, wearing these tightly laced shoes and brand-new boots can compress your feet and lead to injuries.

If you have an ingrown toenail, there’s no need to suffer. I can treat and painlessly resolve this by draining any infection, trimming the nail properly, and—in cases where it is necessary—performing a swift and painless surgical procedure from the comfort of my London Fields clinic, Holistic Health.
Meet the Podiatrists: Tracy and Conn

Conn and I offer appointments throughout the week, including weekends. It couldn’t be more convenient to see us, simply book your initial appointment and we will diagnose, treat and (if necessary) book your surgery.

At my clinic Holistic Health, we treat much more than toenails. Visit the skilled team of practitioners for Acupuncture, Biomechanics, Colonic Hydrotherapy, Massage, Osteopathy, Reflexology, Reiki, Vitamin Therapy and much more. Browse our treatments.
