Let the light in: As daylight dwindles, embrace natural sources of Vitamin D! Take invigorating autumn walks to soak up morning sunshine, a natural mood booster. If shorter days leave you lacking, consider a SAD lamp to simulate sunlight and combat seasonal blues.
Move your body: Sitting all day can drain your energy. If you have a desk job, advocate for a sit-stand desk (like the one you might have seen in my clinic reception!).
